To gather further perspectives on usage requirements for structured identification as well as digital documentation structure and interoperability, we conducted a workshop in Munich. Under the title “Identifying and Addressing Special Protection Needs in AnkER facilities in Bavaria – Requirements for a Software Solution”, participants from various organizations and institutions as well as from different care sectors, exchanged ideas and insights (healthcare, procedural or legal counselling, psychosocial support, representatives from the reception authorities and the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees) exchanged views on structures, processes and challenges.
